The subscription model costs significantly less because both sides share the risk. You commit to being responsive, reviewing submissions quickly, and running an efficient hiring process. We commit to delivering. The contingency model shifts more risk to us — we only collect a placement fee when you hire — but that's reflected in the price. A small non-refundable deposit is required upfront to cover search setup costs.
